Job requirements
- Proven experience in VFX production (minimum 3 years)
- Proficiency in FTrack or similar production tracking software
- Extensive understanding of VFX production workflows, pipelines and creative processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Job responsibilities
- Assist the VFX Producer in managing the production pipeline
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Oversee the scheduling and tracking of tasks using FTrack
- Ensure the quality and consistency of VFX work across projects
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables
