The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to take ownership of the planning, execution and successful delivery of key product areas: Discover, Navigation and Personalisation. These are critical areas to shaping how users explore and interact with a first-of-its-kind immersive media platform, and how we tailor experiences to individuals needs.
As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Delivery Lead and you will work cross-functionally with Product Lead, Design Lead, Technical Lead, to ensure alignment, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams inside of the key product areas you will be responsible for.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- End-to-end Delivery Ownership: Lead the delivery of Discover, Navigation, and Personalization initiatives from inception through launch.
- Agile Practices: Champion Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, adapting practices to fit the team’s context and ensuring regular, valuable releases.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with delivery, product, design, and engineering leads to align on goals, priorities, timelines, and capacity planning, as well as client.
- Roadmap Execution: Ensure that feature and platform work is delivered on time, on scope, and with a strong focus on quality and user impact.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and inter-team dependencies, and lead efforts to mitigate them with clear communication and planning.
- Transparency & Reporting: Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring visibility into team progress, challenges, and achievements.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience managing delivery across cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- A passion for user experience, with a focus on delivering value through Discover, Navigation, and Personalization features.
- Ability to respond in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Experience in hybrid production, being comfortable managing projects with both traditional production and digital product delivery components.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product development lifecycle.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with personalization algorithms, content discovery systems, or UX design patterns.
- Experience in consumer-facing digital products or platforms.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
- Interest in or passion for sports – helpful for context and team alignment in a sports-focused project.
