What You'll do:
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Provide support in maintaining positive relationships with partners, vendors etc.
- Ensure operations are carried on in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Streamline processes and initiate best practices.
- Coordinate with different teams to foster the exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Senior-level experience (6+ years).
- Strong background in CM, CS, and coordination.
- Experience with organic growth (retention/reactivation) and reporting.
- High execution and project management skills.
- Creative and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency with contracts, decks, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Background in licensing, advertising, and platform partnerships is a plus.
