This role will oversee the aspects of Eyeline’s content creation that are most closely aligned with traditional filmmaking. As part of Eyeline’s Visual Pioneering Group, which collaborates with creative partners from the earliest stages of projects to develop generative content, this position is tasked with achieving a cinematic result in terms of lighting, composition, pacing, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will utilize their creative production and technical skills to work closely with creative partners in the studio to help create groundbreaking imagery. By overseeing the daily output of advanced content creation processes from start to finish, this candidate ensures that creative ideas are transformed into awe-inspiring, cinematic visual content. This individual excels in problem-solving, collaboratively building solutions, and managing complex workflows in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Guide cinematic aspects of all Eyeline content creation, ensuring that creative stakeholders see Eyeline as creative partners who are able to achieve their vision with in-house teams and technology.
- Partner with First Look Team leadership to assist in tool and workflow selection to achieve desired outcome on a per-engagement basis.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and representative of Eyeline’s creative identity, speaking at industry events, conferences, and in media interactions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and creative methodologies, integrating cutting-edge techniques into the company's projects to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute innovative content creation approaches that utilize current and in-development technologies to test limitations and prove out feasibility.
Qualifications - 10+ years of experience as a creative leader overseeing the physical and digital production of cinematic content.
- Extensive experience with systems that produce images, text, videos, and workflows.
- Deep understanding of cinema lighting and camera hardware.
- Experience with VFX execution, including virtual production tools such as Unreal Engine, is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate with high-profile directors and cinematographers, taking complex visions and stories and translating them into visuals, is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
- High level of adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Ability to develop deep relationships with a range of production and creative partners.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Creatively focused but comfortable with ambiguity and able to work with minimal oversight.
