What will you do?
- Create CG content for stills, video projects and Realtime applications
- Work with medical 3D assets and translate medical references into accurate real-time visuals
- Optimize Unreal assets and scenes for standalone VR headsets (Quest 3 class), using baked lighting, efficient materials, and performance profiling
- Produce renders that combine realism, creativity and beauty
- Contribute to our never-ending journey of quality improvement
- Be involved and think-along on ways to improve workflows and processes
- Train, coach & educate junior artists of our team
Would be amazing if you have
- Excellent artistic skills with an emphasis on photorealistic visualization of medical devices and clinical environments, including rendering animations
- Comfortable working with medical 3D assets and following medical references to ensure anatomical and clinical accuracy
- Know-how on basic technical animations for product interactions and moving parts
- You will have both an artistic eye and know how to use technology
- Experience with 3DsMax, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Vray
- Strong experience with real-time engine as Unreal Engine
- Experience optimizing Unreal scenes for standalone VR (Quest 3 or similar), including baked lighting workflows, lightmap tuning, texture streaming, and draw-call control
- Experience in mobile games or other performance-constrained real-time projects is a plus
- Generalist mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Be able to prepare 3D models for real-time and standalone VR usage, including textures, material creation, LODs, lightmap UVs, and performance budgets
- Passion for digital product design
- English proficiency
