A WORD ABOUT US
We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas – be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects – the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.
YOUR TEAM
As an Interactive Project Manager, you will begin within the Center of Expertise to familiarize yourself with Moment Factory’s ecosystem, workflows, and tools through internal and client projects. You will then transition to the Custom Experiences team, working in collaboration with various business units.
This team designs immersive, bespoke experiences for a wide range of sectors (culture, entertainment, events, public spaces, tourism, and leisure), including both permanent installations and temporary events.
In your role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team (creative developers, UX/UI designers, technology experts) and project leadership to design and deliver innovative, accessible, and engaging real-world experiences.
YOUR MISSION
In this role, you are recognized as an expert in real-time and interactive visual production. You lead projects at the intersection of creativity, technology, and software, while developing a deep understanding of VFX workflows in order to effectively integrate diverse areas of expertise into increasingly hybrid productions. This ability to bridge disciplines with different realities enables you to structure and deliver complex, innovative, and cohesive experiences.
You are responsible for managing one or more visual and software production projects, generally in collaboration with the overall Project Manager. From design through operations, you oversee strategic planning, production tracking, and the supervision of multidisciplinary teams of artists and developers. As a key point of contact for interactive projects, you act as a trusted expert for teams and project leadership, adopting a solution-oriented approach that accounts for technical, budgetary, and creative constraints.
