Structural Simplification
- Simplify and eliminate elements of the previous holding structure, including offsetting intercompany loan balances and instruments.
- Work closely with the Group Tax Manager to assess the tax implications of structural changes and maximise tax efficiencies.
Future Potential Support Areas
- Provide technical accounting support to the existing finance team as they prepare for a new ERP implementation.
- Assist with the audit of Jagex Ltd and the Janus entity structure, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.
