Job Description
The Culture Manager is responsible for the implementation and evolution of initiatives that support organizational culture and the day-to-day employee experience. Reporting to the Director, Culture & Studio Experience, this role plays a key part in translating the company’s DNA into tangible, consistent, and engaging experiences across all studios, with a primary focus on the Montreal studio. The incumbent ensures the quality, relevance, and consistency of cultural initiatives, events, and recognition programs, while delivering with rigor and alignment to organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultural initiatives planning and deployment
- Define and evolve the roadmap for cultural initiatives in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Design and implement programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement and a strong sense of belonging.
- Identify and integrate best practices in organizational culture.
- Contribute to embedding cultural pillars into internal processes and practices.
Events and organizational rituals
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual calendar of studio events and rituals (e.g., celebrations, seasonal events, special initiatives).
- Ensure a high-quality, creative experience aligned with studio standards.
- Manage and actively contribute to the full lifecycle of events, from concept to execution and facilitation.
Employee experience and engagement
- Ensure a high-quality day-to-day employee experience through concrete initiatives tailored to local realities.
- Manage the internal store and branded merchandise (merch), ensuring alignment with studio culture and contribution to engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Monitor and assess employee engagement and cultural alignment across teams and studios.
- Recommend improvements and adjustments based on observed needs.
Recognition programs and related initiatives
- Implement and evolve recognition and reward programs.
- Ensure the consistency, relevance, and impact of related initiatives.
- Manage relationships and negotiate with vendors supporting these programs (gifts, experiences, partnerships, etc.).
Resource and vendor management
- Manage budgets related to cultural initiatives and events with rigor.
- Plan and track expenses to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Identify, select, and manage vendors, including negotiating agreements (service contracts, employee discounts, etc.).
Work environment and local initiatives
- Contribute to creating a stimulating, inclusive, and culture-aligned work environment.
- Propose and implement initiatives that foster a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
- Support local employee experience needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate event planning and coordination, and in deploying culture-related initiatives.
- Proven experience contributing to initiatives that drive employee engagement and sense of belonging.
- College diploma (DEC) in marketing, event management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.*
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as project management tools (e.g.: Monday)..
- Interest or experience with visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), an asset.
- Strong coordination and execution skills, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
- Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to turn ideas into meaningful and memorable experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of teams and partners.

- This position is based in Montreal. The incumbent must be able to work from the Montreal studio 4 days per week to support local employee experience, studio events, and culture-related initiatives.
