Job Description:
Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Multiplayer Design Director to join the development of a new IP.
Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team ofhighly skilleddevelopers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!
As a member of the Design team,you will primarily focus on PvE experiences and be responsible for developing a cohesive vision encompassing, engagement systems, seasonal content, progressions, mission design, encounter design,RPG systems. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to realize and implement this vision.
As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better; with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and scripting for modern AAA titlesand proven experience for modernmultiplayer titles.
Collaborating closely with Engineering to develop tools supporting multiplayer implementation, including AI, RPG systems, encounter editors, and open-world event tools.
