As a VFX Coordinator, you will be an integral part in shaping the success of our shows, working alongside senior production staff and artists to ensure the seamless tracking and delivery of shots according to established targets and milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient project execution by coordinating tasks and meeting project milestones, on one or more projects
- Organizes dailies, rounds, and project meetings
- Ensures ShotGrid statuses, task assignments, and project scope is continually maintained
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation
- Documentation and report preparation; tasks tracked and managed
- Communicate any schedule changes promptly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to ensure a harmonized project timeline.
- Pave the way for quality excellence by establishing robust quality control processes and orchestrating seamless project closures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the VFX or media production related field
- Highly organized with a proven track record in scheduling and task management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Understanding of VFX terminologies and processes
- Familiarity with ShotGrid
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel

VFX 코디네이터는 시니어 프로덕션 스태프 및 아티스트들과 협업하여 목표 일정에 따라 샷들의 작업 현황을 트래킹하고 샷을 클라이언트에게 최종 납품하여 전체적인 쇼의 성공에 기여합니다.

- 한 개 이상의 프로젝트에서 우선순위 설정 및 효율적으로 작업 일정을 매니징
- 데일리, 라운드 및 프로젝트 미팅 주관
- ShotGrid에 진행 상태, 업무 배정, 및 프로젝트 작업 범위 등의 정보 업데이트 및 관리
- Submission documentation 및 샷 전달을 조율하고 패키징
- 문서 작성 및 보고서 작성; 작업 추적 및 관리
- 프로젝트 타임라인을 조화롭게 유지하기 위해 스케줄 변경 사항을 즉각적으로 관련 이해관계자에게 효과적으로 전달
- 원활한 프로젝트 마감 조율 및 퀄리티 컨트롤 프로세스를 수립하여 우수한 퀄리티 제공
자격요건
- VFX 또는 미디어 프로덕션 관련 분야에서 2년 이상의 경력
- 일정 및 작업 관리에서 입증된 트랙 레코드를 보유하고 있으며, 높은 조직 능력
- 영어 및 한국어 능통자
- VFX 용어 및 프로세스에 대한 이해
- ShotGrid에 대한 숙련도
- 중급 엑셀 능력
