Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Manager, to spearhead our brand’s community expansion and product communication strategy. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who excels at the intersection of social media, community strategy, product advocacy, user acquisition and retention strategies
We are looking for a candidate with a "hands-on" approach who has successfully navigated the fast-paced environments of consumer tech, entertainment/gaming, or D2C /e-commerce industries.
What You'll Do:
- Social Media Strategy & Community Management
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for our social media agency, ensuring all deliverables align with brand KPIs.
- Oversee the execution of comprehensive social media campaigns specifically aimed at increasing engagement and scaling our global follower base.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and brand visibility.
- Build active community platform for the players
- Cross-Functional Product Advocacy
- Serve as the central POC for all marketing functions, ensuring cohesive messaging across the organization.
- Regularly develop and publish high-impact featuring decks and pitch materials to drive game promotions and secure platform visibility.
- Translate product roadmaps, game features, and major "bold beat" events into effective marketing narratives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the "Voice of Product" is accurately and persuasively communicated to the market.
- Influencer Relations & Content Co-Creation
- Identify and manage partnerships with influencers to drive authentic brand awareness.
- Facilitate the creation of engaging, high-impact content that resonates with diverse audience segments.
- Organic Growth & Retention Analysis
- Identify and execute organic growth levers to drive sustainable user acquisition; collaborate closely with central ASO, Partnerships, and Brand teams to continuously improve the organic health of the product.
- Develop and monitor retention tactics to increase user lifetime value (LTV) and community health in coordination with Lifecycle Marketing and Community Management teams.
- Market Intelligence & Customer Insights
- Capture the "Voice of the Customer" by monitoring community discussions, sentiment analysis, and structured surveys.
- Synthesize community feedback into actionable reports for the product and leadership teams.
What You Bring :
- Industry Background: 3-5 years of proven experience within Consumer Tech sectors such as Gaming, Entertainment, E-commerce, or D2C.
- Professional Attributes: Must be highly energetic, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Social Media & community management Mastery: Demonstrated track record of executing social media campaigns that successfully boosted brand awareness and follower growth. Actively managing community discussions in Reddit and Discord is highly desirable.
- Influencer Experience: Direct experience working with influencers to create engaging, brand-aligned content. Experience in creating affiliate programs with creators highly desirable ( not mandatory)
- AI Tooling: Hands-on knowledge and active exposure to AI tools for video production and content automation highly desirable.
- Growth Fundamentals: Strong understanding of organic growth levers and retention tactics for user acquisition.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and presenting high-stakes "featuring decks" and promotional materials.
- Global Exposure: Experience managing marketing campaigns or influencer relations on a global scale ( Highly desirable, not mandatory)
