Our Production Coordinators work on exciting 3D animation production within the studio. The successful candidate must show enthusiasm, willingness to learn, very strong communication skills, as well as a flair for organisation and a passion for animation production; All whilst maintaining a cool head in a fast paced and very busy studio.
As a Production Coordinator - Voice Record (PC-VR), you will support the planning and delivery of voice recording sessions, coordinating talent, studios, schedules, and production teams to ensure recordings run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the senior PC-VR, together you will work across two projects.

This role is available on a part time basis, 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. This opportunity requires talent to be based regionally - in the UK, outside of the M25 as per client requirements.
Day to Day:
- Support the senior Production Coordinator - Voice Record (PC-VR) with planning voice records schedules across two projects.
- Create Call Sheets
- Communicate with agents to book in voice records
- Send animatics, scripts and other needed files to the voice record studio
- Attend voice records with the directors when needed
- Update voice record scripts when needed
- Flag and list pick-ups
- Ensure Edit has all the files they need from the voice record studio
- Perform additional tasks, as assigned by the Production Manager, to support the smooth running of voice record production
