In this role, you will act as the operational engine for our central function, providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to three Senior Managers and the Director of Talent Management and Development.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a highly diverse portfolio of talent programs, ranging from company-wide performance cycles to highly specialized, craft-specific training roadmaps for Artists, Engineers, Product Managers, and Producers. If you are proactive, deeply organized, comfortable with basic data, and love keeping multiple projects moving at once, we want to hear from you.
The purpose of this role is to handle the logistics, tracking, platform administration, and coordination required to bring our global talent programs to life. - LMS Platform Administration (Cornerstone): Act as a key administrator for our Learning Management System (Cornerstone on Demand / CSOD). Upload learning assets, manage user paths, track completions, and organize specialized, craft-specific learning paths curated for different business disciplines.
- Basic Data Management & Reporting: Pull, clean, and format regular data sheets using Excel or Google Sheets. Track employee participation, generate training completion reports, and support the administrative data collection needed for talent assessments, promotions, and engagement survey feedback loops.
- Content & Toolkit Management: Help organize, format, and distribute digital toolkits, manager guidebooks, and program resources. Maintain clean file management systems so that HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and managers can easily access talent materials.
What You Bring:
- LMS Experience (Cornerstone on Demand): Direct experience using Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) or a similar large-scale learning platform to host, deliver, and track training programs.
- Project Management Tools: Strong familiarity with Monday.com (or similar digital tracking tools) to manage tasks and monitor project health.
- Comfort with Basic Data Reporting: Solid skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. You should be entirely comfortable managing numbers, sorting rosters, using basic formatting, and assembling clean summary data reports.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: A natural planner with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in keeping files, trackers, and program materials exceptionally clean and orderly.
- Strong Communication & Adaptability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can write simple, clear updates and interact comfortably with team members, company managers, and HR partners alike.
- Discretion & Professionalism: Capable of handling sensitive talent lifecycle, performance cycle, and organizational data with total privacy and discretion.
