About
I learned different techniques such as modelling, texturing, rendering and lighting at Staffordshire University. Progressing to take initiative in group assignments where I would oversee successful rendering in our albeit simple render farm and reporting back of any issues. It was this passion to grow and learn that I soon found my eyes and mind developing to see what works and equally what does not.
Striving to improve, I enrolled at the National Film & Television School to study MA in Digital Effects. Here, communication, collaboration and problem-solving really matured. Dailies, meetings with clients and refining became 2nd nature. We worked as a team, to our disciplines and strengths for a common goal, always there to help each other out. This experience gave me crucial understanding of creating the correct lighting when adding CG assets to a shot as well as collecting and utilizing textures in the instance that an asset from the shot would need to be duplicated in CG.
