We are looking for a VFX producer to join the team! At ILP, the Producer is responsible for theoverall show production strategy, planning and profitability in close collaboration with the VFX Supervisor. You work closely with the core teams of different projects to deliver exceptional VFX whilst providing outstanding Client services.
As a Producer you are both a team leader and a key member of the Production team, delegating the work, caring for the well-being of your team, being a role model and mentor to the production staff on the show.

This role is a full-time, permanent position in either London, Hamburg or Stockholm.
Your work will include:
- Maintaining and building great client relationships.
- Preparing quotes and creating initial schedules to assess project feasibility together with VFX Supervisors.
- Facilitating the setup of projects and working closely with the core teams to kick-off projects and problem solve throughout production.
- Collaborating with the core teams of different projects to oversee budgets, execution, resources and deliveries, making sure projects are running smoothly.
- Maintaining and reviewing financial tracking and providing regular progress reports to the senior management of current projects.
- Working on global projects to help advance new discipline workflows.
- Participating in mentoring and onboarding programs defined by the Talent Development Team.
You need the following:
- Extensive experience in the VFX industry as a Producer
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal), as well as active listening skills
- An organised and proactive nature
- People skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a willingness and ability to learn
- Being calm and confident under pressure and capable of delivering in a fast-paced environment
- Great time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Being located within close proximity to London, Hamburg or Stockholm, or comfortable with moving to one of these locations
