We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP to help drive planning and execution for one of our game teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a thorough understanding of the team and overall business operations, as well as HR strategies and initiatives, to develop people plans that support the overall business goals.
- Work with our People Ops team throughout Zynga and Take-Two to own, develop and drive people plans across the employee lifecycle to meet changing business needs, supporting the achievement of our overall business objectives.
- Partner with creative and technical teams on HR strategies and initiatives to enhance performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive consistent talent routines within your business areas to maintain talent health and accelerate development
- Partner with local and global HRBPs on strategic projects and programs
- Work with Zynga and TakeTwo teams to effectively deliver HR initiatives within your business areas including Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Social and community projects and ERG’s.
- Proactively work with client group and HR leadership to propose and drive new HR initiatives that align with business needs.
- Resolve and anticipate complex issues that impact multiple teams across related HR areas, employee relations or other employee issues.
Required Skills:
- Must have experience working in Canada or US and a solid understanding of local employment laws/rules.
- Deep experience of partnering with dynamic and creative teams and business leaders, able to demonstrate results though people projects.
- Able to own and drive HR work, translating global initiatives into local projects
- Operated in a matrixed, fast-paced, global and rapidly-changing business environment; public company experience preferred.
- A strong solutions focus, ability to quickly identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Great communication skills. An excellent connector who collaborates and always keeps the broader team in mind.
- Demonstrates resiliency by celebrating wins while learning from mistakes.
- Ability to assess the needs of a team and provide relevant solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity.
- Strong client partner with business acumen.
- This is a hybrid position and must be connected to a Zynga office location.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,100 - $134,840 per year.
The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,100 - $118,560 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
