About the role
As a Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation, to tweaking pixels right before launch. You’ll start by getting introduced to our domain and our growing design system. Later on, you will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, research, interaction design, and visual design skills, to own the experience for a wide area of the product.
Responsibilities
You will be a strategic member of our Product Design team (part of Product), influencing the design evolution of our products while working closely with Product Managers.
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Own the product design of different products and applications
- Research and understand users needs/pain points with business vision and initiate ideas and concepts to support them
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive UX flows
- Turn mockups into pixel-perfect designs and create prototypes to guide development
- Support for the development of an existing Design System and its on going enrichment
- Advocate user-centric solutions while considering time-to-market
- Implement Usability Testing and other UX methodologies

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with UX/Product Design in complex systems/B2B companies. You are genuinely passionate and want to grow into UX design and practices.
- Background knowledge of UX methodologies - user research, usability testing, wireframing, and pixel-perfect design.
- You have deep expertise in Figma and its full range of UX/UI design capabilities.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with data analysis and complex data visualization, including translating large datasets into clear, intuitive, and actionable visual representations
