SENIOR VFX PRODUCER

About the Role
As a VFX Producer, you will be the key point of contact for the client throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. You’ll work closely with the VFX Supervisor to create and manage realistic budgets and schedules, while ensuring a smooth and successful delivery: both creatively and financially.
We're looking for someone proactive, solutions-driven, and independent, ready to take full ownership of a project and lead it from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor to prepare project bids, budgets, and global schedules.
- Ensure client demands align with budget and schedule, rebidding and adjusting when needed and communicating changes clearly.
- Report efficiently to management to help reach financial targets.
- Plan scheduling and resource allocation across all departments to ensure effective delivery.
- Manage and coordinate the production team to ensure full coverage and smooth workflow throughout all project phases
- Mentor the Production Manager, define their scope of work and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Ensure the Production team is aligned on communication, workflows, and our internal pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a VFX Producer in high-end film, TV, or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of the entire VFX production pipeline, from bidding to final delivery.
- Proficiency with production tracking tools such as Ftrack or ShotGrid
- Comfortable working with scheduling and bidding tools (experience with budgeting software is a bonus).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and organized.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve under pressure; we value those who can think outside the box.

- Fluent in English
