Job Description
The Internal Culture and Communications Coordinator plays an active role in shaping an engaging, cohesive employee experience aligned with Rodeo FX’s core values. Working closely with the Culture team—as well as Hospitality, Front Desk, and Communications teams—this person supports internal activities, content production, management of the internal boutique (merch, gifts, promotional material), and the implementation of key programs (onboarding, recognition, citizenship initiatives, etc.).
With strong coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and keen attention to detail, this person helps ensure smooth internal communication and contributes to the vibrancy and visibility of our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Experience & Program Support
- Support the rollout and coordination of foundational internal programs such as onboarding, recognition, wellness initiatives, etc.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality and Front Desk teams to deliver a warm, consistent employee experience from day one.
- Coordinate employee-led activities (e.g., clubs, community initiatives, fundraising, interest groups) and help showcase them across the organization.
- Provide occasional support to Rodeo’s in-house lounge and other recognition programs.
Cultural Events & Initiatives
- Plan, organize, and ensure the smooth execution of various internal events: social gatherings, year-end parties, project wrap-ups, etc.
- Handle all event logistics: vendors, catering, supplies, entertainment, and more.
- Track budgets, conduct post-event reviews, and propose continuous improvements.
Rodeo FX Boutique & Promotional Materials
- Oversee the internal boutique (gifts, branded items, business development materials) in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage orders, inventory, payment follow-ups, deliveries, and restocking.
- Contribute to the ideation of new product lines or branded items aligned with our brand identity.
Internal Communications
- Create and distribute engaging content: internal presentations, digital signage, videos, themed campaigns, etc.
- Maintain intranet content, oversee translations, ensure strong visual structure and the relevance of published information.
- Write and coordinate the weekly internal newsletter.
- Support planning and logistics for all-hands meetings, internal trainings, client events, and VIP visits.
General Support for the Culture Strategy
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Culture Manager.
- Help prepare meetings, document initiatives, track projects, and assist in producing reports and recommendations.
- Conduct research or trend monitoring related to workplace culture and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in workplace culture, internal communications, or event coordination
- Strong skills in coordination, planning, logistics, and communication
- Service-oriented mindset, strong professionalism, and focus on employee/client experience
- Proficiency with internal communication tools (Google Suite, intranet, newsletters) and presentation software (Google Slides, Canva, etc.)
- Comfort with or interest in design or photo/video editing tools (Adobe CC, basic HTML, etc.) is an asset
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude
