Position Overview:
Zynga is looking for an exceptional Producer who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about Analytics. The ideal candidate is an organized, confident, and clear communicator who can support dynamic teams with request triage, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence. This role focuses on optimizing team efficiency and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external partners.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Publishing Analytics Leads to triage and prioritize incoming stakeholder requests and support tickets
- Manage stakeholder communications, setting expectations and providing regular status updates on team capacity and deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between analytics, engineering, and central teams to clarify requirements and scope
- Coordinate team workflows and resource allocation to optimize response times and quality of deliverables
- Lead regular stakeholder check-ins and team standups to ensure alignment and identify potential blockers
- Maintain effective communication channels and build trust with partners
- Support escalation management and resolution of high-priority requests
- Create and maintain documentation for team processes, standards, and stakeholder guidelines
- Develop and implement process improvements for request intake, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder management
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of project management or operations experience in the tech industry, preferably supporting engineering or analytics teams
- Experience with ticketing and workflow management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and maturity under pressure
- Collaborative by nature, quickly builds relationships, facilitates open dialog, and partners effectively within teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Positive and professional attitude with customer service orientation
