Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our President. This role requires a partner who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and thrive in our fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage complex, multi-time zone calendar with competing priorities and constant changes
- Coordinate all meetings and appointments
- Preparation of meeting materials and follow-up actions, as needed
- Arrange comprehensive travel logistics and itineraries
- Provide in-person support as needed to the President
Strategic Partnership
- Anticipate the President's needs and proactively address potential challenges
- Prepare briefing materials and conduct preliminary research for meetings and decisions
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion
Project & Operations Support
- Organize studio events, team meetings, and industry engagements
- Arrange and facilitate meetings at the local office
Communication & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts
- Represent the studio professionally in all interactions
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of executive administrative experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- Proven experience in complex, fast-pace+d environments with competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in complex calendaring, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to read situations and personalities
- Uncompromising discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Agile mindset with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Genuine passion for gaming culture and appreciation for game development as an art form
- Must have a car and live within 25-30 minutes of Wellesley or Newton, MA
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in entertainment, media, technology, or gaming industries
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting executives in creative or technical environments
- Familiarity with game development processes and terminology
The pay range for this position in Massachusetts at the start of employment is expected to be between $87,100 and $128,920 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
