This individual will arrive at Zynga with a portfolio of work highlighting their ability to create appealing compositions that deliver impactful messaging on behalf of the brands they represent.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the production of assets tied to live and prospective marketing campaigns — featuring prominent international brands — as well as internal team collateral. This individual will be frequently asked to deliver high quality, engaging designs on abbreviated timelines, working closely with other Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and Software Developers. This individual will report to a Creative Director.
Position Responsibilities:
-
Creation of presentation slides and social media assets on behalf of Zynga’s Ad Monetization team

Design layouts for rich media ad units — and additional mobile ad formats — that lead to engaging experiences for our users
-
Effectively (and often, independently) communicate the merits of your work to a wide variety of team personnel, including: account managers, brand partners, designers, software developers, and more
-
Design assets geared towards meeting and achieving the goals of the creative briefs that precede them with minimal supervision
-
Represent the team, independently, in both internal and external creative reviews
-
Leverage static production assets to develop motion representations of mobile gameplay experiences
-
Follow brand/style guides for our brand partners closely, as well as internal game and partner teams
-
Work with the Creative Director to both conceptualize and iterate on compositions for deployment across mobile platforms
-
Stay attuned to shifting industry tactics and standards, helping to define the team’s processes along the way for maximum efficacy
Position Requirements:
-
3-10 years of graphic design experience, specifically in brand identity and the creation of mobile ad units driving engaging experiences
-
Link to an online portfolio, featuring creative work directly aligned with the responsibilities of this role
-

-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-
Advanced knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, modular grid systems, and more
-
Attentive to design feedback and able to quickly iterate on compositions based on collaborative creative input
-
Ability to execute on tight deadlines
-
