The Central Production Assistant provides administrative and coordination support across Central Production and wider Production teams. This role helps ensure that communication, meetings and core production processes run smoothly, while supporting Test and New Business projects prior to their allocation to dedicated production teams.
The role also involves in-person support, including meeting room set-ups and note-taking for new business reviews when required.
Must Have
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Google docs and Zoom.
- Experience in working with databases
- Knowledge of FTP software
- Aptitude for learning new software
Nice to Have
- HTML / Wiki skills
- Knowledge of Filemaker
