YOUR TEAM
You will join the IT team. A dynamic team that enjoys working in a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone has their place. Where everyone can and must bring their ideas and their own experience to collaborate together in a team spirit.
Your particularity: you will be the contact point for the IT team for everything concerning infrastructure, business systems, and AI and data tools. You will also be part of a community of internal experts (DevOps, Systems Developers, Software and Systems Architects) with whom you will share your knowledge and experiences.
YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to propel and orchestrate the evolution of our technological architecture to make it a driver of creative performance. You will design seamless bridges between our enterprise systems, our creative development, and our new AI capabilities.
You will act as an advisor for several technical and creative teams to modernize our tools and approaches, propose and influence. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business needs and will lead the architecture of technological solutions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the technological solution architecture for key domains including, but not limited to: enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, automation, AI, data, cloud, modern workplace, security, creative tools, and Moment Factory client projects.
- In collaboration with internal technology teams and client project teams, you will validate assessments and be responsible for technical specifications
- Promote and support the adoption of AI within the organization and client projects. Support DevOps, ML engineers, and data scientists
- Participate in technological watch with the aim of exploring future tools and proposing new solutions compatible with the Moment Factory ecosystem
- Define and implement technical standards, and ensure they are respected in technical solutions. Ensure sound direction from design through to operational delivery
- Participate in the diagnosis of problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of complex problems, ensuring the implementation of reusable features and fixes from a continuous improvement perspective
- You will be in charge of the following elements: design and drafting of technical architectures, planning and tracking of features, solution prototyping, and assistance with solution integration
- Participation in the roadmap and team prioritization. Advise management
- You act as a strategic link between the different technological units of Moment Factory: IT, Tooling, X-Agora, CTO, and the Center of Expertise
- You will use tools such as: technical drawing, Google Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Docker, GitLab, Miro, Python, and more.
