Working as a Production Assistant at Eyeline Studios, no two days are the same. In this entry-level role, you will provide administrative and general support to the production team to help them navigate a fast-paced and fast-shifting environment.

Key Responsibilities- Bilingual Communication & Translation: Crucial task will be to facilitate real-time translation (English-Korean and Korean-English) during meetings, client calls, and daily communication to ensure seamless information flow between all international crew members and clients.
- Assists the production team with translating documents, emails, and production notes as needed.
- Assists and supports the Producer, Production Manager, and Production Coordinators in day-to-day activities, general production errands, and tasks on assigned projects.
- Maintains crew lists in Shotgrid, helps update & maintain show email aliases
- Acts as an assistant to the VFX Coordinator to help follow up on items after dailies
- Shadow/ Support VFX Coordinators on artist rounds and serves as a backup point of contact for artist
- Creates, updates, and maintains VFX show calendar including dailies, meetings, etc.
- Notifies crew of dailies time and location
- Note-taking in meetings, and learning to input into appropriate communication channels (Shotgrid/ confluence)
- Helps set up client calls, and inputs client notes
Qualifications- Exceptional bilingual proficiency in both English and Korean (written and verbal): prior professional experience in translation or interpretation (English - Korean) is preferred.
- Film/CG/VFX experience including student/personal project (preferred)

- Shotgrid에서 크루 리스트를 관리하고, 쇼 이메일 별칭을 업데이트 및 유지하는 데 도움을 줍니다.
- 데일리 이후에 처리해야 할 사항을 따라가기 위해 VFX 코디네이터의 어시스턴트 역할을 합니다.
- 아티스트 라운드에서 VFX 코디네이터를 섀도우 및 지원하고, 아티스트의 백업 연락 담당자로서 역할을 합니다.
- 데일리, 회의 등 VFX 쇼 캘린더를 생성, 업데이트 및 관리합니다.
- 데일리의 시간과 장소를 크루에게 공지합니다.
- 회의에서 노트 필기를 하고, 적절한 커뮤니케이션 채널(Shotgrid/Confluence)에 입력하는 방법을 배웁니다.
- 클라이언트 콜 세팅을 돕고, 클라이언트 노트를 입력합니다.
담당업무- 영어와 한국어 모두 뛰어난 언어 능력 (작문 및 구두): 번역 또는 통역 경험 (영어 - 한국어)을 보유한 분을 우대합니다.
- 영화/CG/VFX 관련 경험(학생 또는 개인 프로젝트 포함 시 우대)
