Do you enjoy bringing order to complexity, spotting problems before they happen, and helping teams deliver their best work?
We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Tokyo studio, someone who thrives on organisation, clarity, and collaboration across multiple projects.
This is a senior production role focused on making sure our shows run smoothly at a studio level. You will work closely with Producers, Line Producers, and Supervisors to support planning, improve workflows, and ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
If you enjoy solving operational challenges, supporting people, and turning plans into reliable delivery, this role could be a great fit.
We strongly prefer candidates who are able to work on-site in Tokyo as part of our collaborative studio environment.
