Are you the calm in the chaos, the voice of clarity in the middle of creative ambition, and the person who can turn complexity into forward motion?
We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our Tokyo studio, someone who can balance creative vision, commercial reality, and client partnership to deliver exceptional visual effects work.
At Megalis, you will work closely with Supervisors, Line Producers, and the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard, while building strong and trusted client relationships.
This role is suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with confident decision-making. Someone who can see the bigger picture, empower others to execute brilliantly, and keep projects aligned when priorities shift.
We strongly prefer candidates who are able to work on-site in Tokyo as part of our collaborative studio environment.

- Support Line Producers in resolving challenges and escalations.
- Ensure Supervisors and departments remain aligned on goals and constraints.
Bidding and Studio Collaboration
- Contribute to or lead bidding processes alongside Supervisors and the Head of Production.
- Assess risks, scope assumptions, and resourcing plans prior to project award.
