Job Purpose
The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of all Lifecycle Marketing campaigns and activities, focused on Email, Push Notification, and other CRM channels, in support of company and business unit objectives for our game(s). This includes ownership of the planning, setup, maintenance, copy, art, testing and reporting. This position requires a creative and collaborative professional who is skilled operationally, and can come up with tactical solutions based on their LCM expertise. This role is suitable for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment of operating live games.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate creation of art briefs, copy, text/HTML email templates, target segmentation, tests, etc.

Generate weekly, monthly campaign performance reports, identify drivers, and make recommendations for improvement.

Develop positive relationships with cross-functional partners (studio, tech, engineering, marketing, creative, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize content for their game/games.

Build testing plans for new and existing programs.

Flawlessly execute tests and tactics that increase player health and lifetime value.

Embrace established processes and find opportunities to improve efficiency of role.

Ownership of the LCM Roadmap for their game(s).

Ensure the highest standards, employ best-practices and foster accountability.
Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

2+ years experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing roles (B2C only)

Hands on experience with HTML, SQL, and Content Management Systems like Braze/Clevertap/Moengage

Must have experience in warming up new IPs and monitoring domain reputation

Demonstrated success in deploying effective marketing communications at scale

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $71,400 and $105,660 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
