Are you ready to take charge of transforming and enhancing our People & Culture operations systems?
As an HRIS & Ops Lead, you’ll run the operational “engine room” for People & Culture owning and evolving our HRIS (HiBob), including configuration changes, automation, and workflows to support key people programmes like performance cycles, recognition and values awards, and soft skills evaluation.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is ready to make an impact ensuring that system foundations and processes are strong, data is accurate and dependable, and our people operations continue to grow with us.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and evolve our HRIS (Bob) to power key People & Culture programmes, delivering configuration changes and workflow automation that make performance cycles, recognition, and feedback smoother and more scalable.
- Be the guardian of HR data integrity, ensuring job titles, grades, hierarchies, and org structures are accurate so leaders can trust the data behind people decisions.
- Run joiner, mover, and leaver operations end-to-end, coordinating across IT, Facilities, Hiring Managers and Payroll to deliver a joined-up, reliable employee experience.
- Lead HRIS change delivery from idea to release, capturing requirements, testing thoroughly, planning releases, and communicating clearly so changes land safely and with confidence.
- Own operational reporting inputs and KPI tracking, translating headcount movement, mobility, and org changes into dependable insights that help People & Culture plan and prioritise.
- Keep contracts and core documentation running with precision, maintaining templates and issuing letters that protect consistency, compliance, and a great experience for employees and managers.
- Support key annual people processes like merit and bonus, ensuring operational execution is slick and timely when it matters most to our people and leaders.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated HRIS ownership in an operational setting, including system configuration and workflows. Experience with HiBob is a bonus.
- Experience managing end-to-end HRIS process changes, from requirements capture to stakeholder updates.
- Proven track record in employee lifecycle administration (joiners, movers, leavers) with a focus on accuracy in high-volume or deadline-driven activities.
- Experience maintaining HR data integrity and producing reliable reporting inputs.
- Proven handling of sensitive employee data with adherence to confidentiality and secure data handling policies.
- Ability to produce employment contracts, variations, and standard P&C letters, ensuring document control.
- Experience using Power BI to build or maintain dashboards and reporting would be a bonus.
