Alphablocks is a growing media and educational brand, predominantly known for its award-winning shows Alphablocks and Numberblocks. With recent 'Blocks' shows Colourblocks and Wonderblocks now added to the roster, and with both digital, merchandise and licensing programmes growing around the world, we are looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager to drive the day‑to‑day delivery of integrated brand campaigns and ensure consistent, high‑quality brand execution across our global preschool education franchises.
Working closely with the Managing Editor and wider Brand Editorial team, you will help bring our brand strategy to life through effective campaign delivery, cross‑functional coordination and strong partnership with Blue Zoo Licensing and Blue Zoo Digital. You will support the development and rollout of brand tools and documentation, maintain brand identity and values across all activations worldwide.

Day to Day:

Deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring all activity is executed on time, on budget, to a consistently high standard and in line with strategy

Manage day‑to‑day campaign workflows, coordinating timelines, approvals, asset delivery and agency outputs to keep all projects moving smoothly

Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date brand information across all internal teams (content, production, broadcast, digital, licensing) to ensure aligned and consistent execution

Alongside the Brand Editorial team, work closely with Blue Zoo Digital on social approvals, ensuring all content meets brand, editorial and educational standards before release

Support Blue Zoo Licensing with day‑to‑day needs, ensuring they have the correct brand assets, information and updates to deliver partner activations effectively

Monitor the Alphablocks online shop experience and support D2C activity, ensuring product listings, assets and seasonal updates are delivered accurately and on schedule

Recommend seasonal activation ideas based on brand plans, performance insights and partner needs

Support on managing and maintaining brand guidelines, toolkits, templates and asset libraries, ensuring teams can easily access the correct materials for execution

Review brand materials for consistency, accuracy and alignment with editorial and educational principles, escalating issues where needed

Coordinate cross‑functional inputs for campaigns, ensuring all teams deliver their components on time and to brief

Alongside the wider team, capture and organise brand knowledge, building an internal library of brand insights, educational understanding and brand lore to support consistent execution

Work with the Managing Editor and animation partner Blue Zoo to source new assets when required, ensuring licensing, brand and marketing teams receive what they need to deliver campaigns

Track campaign performance and gather feedback from stakeholders, using insights to refine future executions and improve brand materials

Support the creation of brand update decks, reports and internal communications to keep teams aligned on progress and upcoming activity

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and educational developments, sharing relevant insights that inform future brand execution
