Position Overview
As a Program Manager within the Player Success Organization (PSO), you will provide direction and leadership in the planning, implementation, and post-launch support of programs and initiatives that enhance player engagement and retention. You will collaborate across PSO studio leadership and central teams to ensure efficient, high-quality planning for new products and enhancements. This role requires strong project management fundamentals and the ability to drive initiatives through their complete lifecycle while managing cross-functional dependencies.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with and oversee PSO studio integrations across multiple studios.
- Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and vendor relationships, working primarily with USA-based partners.
- Provide direction and leadership across the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives (planning, development, testing, and release).
- Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding, managing the complete integration lifecycle and maintaining dotted-line accountability to CS leadership.
- Manage program/project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within resource constraints.
- Provide cross-team support for Sweepstakes and special initiatives.
- Take existing, externally-owned systems and ensure PSO needs are clearly integrated and requirements are met.
- Serve as primary problem-solver and liaison between technical, business, and product teams.
- Lead post-program reporting and documentation refinement to establish scalable processes.
- Monitor task execution to ensure timely delivery of PSO initiatives and programs.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree.
- Background in project management fundamentals or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Passion for gaming and player success.
- USA afternoon availability required for close collaboration with PSO leaders in Austin, San Mateo, and Chicago.
What We Offer You
The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,700 and $89,860 per year.
The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $61,700 and $91,340 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
