Postion Overview
Zynga is looking for a highly organized and proactive Program & Business Operations Coordinator to join our CTO Strike Team - Contract & Vendor Management Team. This role sits at the intersection of contract management, business operations, and cross-functional coordination, making it a uniquely visible and impactful position within our global organization. You'll own critical operational workflows end-to-end, support contract administration and procurement processes, and serve as a trusted communication hub within the CTO Strike team.
What You'll Do:
- End-to-End Contract & Vendor Management Program Coordination Provide operational and administrative support to the program director of the Contract & Vendor Management team. This will include:
- Contract Administration & Procurement Support
- Coordinating renewal workflows end-to-end
- Contract administration, purchase Order (PO) requests, other legal and compliance related due diligence
- Own the day-to-day administration of vendor contracts, including tracking contract lifecycle milestones
- Maintaining an organized repository of executed agreements.
- Ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, and proper documentation throughout
- Creating renewal approval requests for pre-approvals and tracking approvals accordingly
- Other Ad-hoc related contract requests
- Communication & Reporting
- Coordinate program updates via written summaries, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare and maintain polished presentations for leadership reviews, team briefings, and cross-functional meetings, translating data and program progress into clear narratives as requested
- Risk Mitigation & Data Integrity
- Software clearances, VSA, DPA, etc., for compliance and risk
- Coordination with IT / Key partner teams on accurate usage data
- Maintain contract management database with critical and key information
- Flag and coordinate with the program director on any non-compliance issues for quick resolution
- Assist with usage optimization process to align on accurate data usage information to ensure proper pricing and scale.
- Program/Project Management Support Provide project management support for ad-hoc operations initiatives
- General Business Operations Coordination & Support
- Ad-hoc administrative and operational requests on special projects
What You Bring:
- Operational & Business Experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in program coordination, business operations, or a similar role, preferably within software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
- Some experience with contract administration and/or PO creation is strongly preferred.
- Relationship Builder
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust, empower teams, and build strong, collaborative relationships across various disciplines, and work styles.
- Exceptional Communicator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write clear program summaries, updates, and business correspondence.
- Comfortable building and presenting polished slide decks to program leads and senior stakeholders.
- Process-Oriented
- Experience managing high-volume intake workflows, meticulously tracking approvals, and maintaining flawless documentation across contracts, POs, and program deliverables.
- Autonomous Operator
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (like Gemini, Claude, etc.) to optimize daily operations, accelerate reporting, and streamline workflows.

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $62,000 and $82,000 CAD per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
