We're building a new kind of production environment — where creative technology, AI systems, and software platforms converge.
We're looking for a Product Engineer who can design, build, and ship internal tools and web products quickly. This role focuses on rapid development, experimentation, and iteration, turning ideas into working software that the team can use immediately.
You'll work across product, engineering, and creative teams to build systems that support the next generation of AI-driven filmmaking.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship web applications and internal tools
- Rapidly prototype and deploy new product ideas
- Develop systems that integrate AI models, APIs, and external services
- Design scalable backend architectures and cloud deployments
- Work closely with creative technologists and artists to turn ideas into usable software
- Improve development workflows and infrastructure for faster iteration
- Own features from concept to deployment
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience building modern web applications
- Proficiency in at least one major language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Node.js
- Experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with platforms like Vercel, AWS, GCP, or similar
- Ability to ship production-ready software quickly
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and backend architecture
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, experimental environments
Bonus Experience
- Experience building developer platforms or internal tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML APIs or generative models
- Experience working with Next.js or modern frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of Docker or containerized environments
- Experience scaling early-stage products
What This Role Is Not
This isn't a traditional enterprise engineering role. We're looking for someone who enjoys moving fast, experimenting, and building useful tools quickly, rather than maintaining large legacy systems. You'll have significant autonomy and ownership over the systems you build.
Location: London (preferred) or remote depending on experience.
