- User Support & Access Management: Provide technical support and guidance to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, while supporting user account management, access control, and IT security policies.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Balance the need to respond to immediate issues with taking a proactive approach to proposing solutions that resolve technical challenges.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with IT and production teams to identify and implement technical solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with VFX production pipelines and software (e.g., Maya, Nuke, Houdini) is a plus.
- Soft Skills & Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in English. Japanese language skills are greatly appreciated.
- Please note that for this role, we will consider first candidates already living in Japan.
If you’re ready to help keep our technical infrastructure running smoothly and support the artists who bring incredible worlds to life, we’d love to hear from you.
