As a Compositing Supervisor, you will oversee the compositing team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. Your expertise in compositing and production methodologies will guide the team to resolve creative and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Production and other Creative teams to achieve the goals of the project
- Ensure Deliveries are completed to the highest standards and consistency, both technically and creatively
- Assist in planning and coordination of Compositing Deliveries
- Manage a team of Compositors across global studios
- Monitor the team's progress and help diagnose and solve problems
- Recognize knowledge gaps and actively collaborate with the team to find solutions
- On-the-box compositing of complex shots (live action sourced and/or full CG)
- Utilize and share core knowledge of 2D image manipulation processes such as tracking, color correction, depth of field, retiming, warping, and photographic optical effects to achieve photorealistic composites
- Develop production methodologies and creative approaches in anticipation of and to resolve problems
- Provide input to Head of 2D on Compositor performance, compositing pipeline, and workflows
Qualifications- 7+ years live-action feature film or episodic compositing experience
- Expert Nuke skills and knowledge of compositing workflows
- Expert understanding of 3D computer graphics, including modeling, lighting, and animation.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability and desire to engage in positive collaboration and communicate effectively
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Shotgrid/Flow or other VFX Production tracking software
- Experience creating written or video recorded training materials
- Traditional art, photography, and film background (preferred)
- Python, Blinkscript, or C++ experience (preferred)
- Nuke particle experience (preferred)
- OCIO/ACES Color Config and management experience (preferred)
- 360 VR or Array Compositing experience (preferred)

- 프로덕션 제작 방법을 개발하고 창의적인 접근으로 문제를 사전 예측, 해결
- 2D 헤드에게 컴포지터 결과물과 파이프라인 그리고 워크플로우에 대한 피드백 제공
자격요건- 7년 이상의 실사 장편 영화 또는 에피소드 컴포지팅 경력
- Nuke 전문기술 및 워크플로우에 대한 이해
- 모델링, 라이팅, 애니메이션 등 3D 컴퓨터 그래픽에 대한 전문 지식
- 뛰어난 리더십, 조직 관리 및 시간 관리 능력
- 긍정적인 협업에 적극적으로 참여하고 효과적으로 의사소통 할 수 있는 능력과 의지
