Training Coordinator

Description:
A Training coordinator manages training resources, information and assists with scheduling and planning events and training activities. You will be assisting our heads of department in elaborating training strategies and putting a training programme in place.
The role will report to our Senior Director, Training and Development in London.
The Role:
Work closely with the Trainers and Schedule training sessions
You will be helping with organising training materials on our corporate intranet, doing such things as storing videos in the correct places, formatting pages on our training site
Research & compile existing materials, internal & external
Organise & structure training materials & pages in a consistent, accessible manner
Refine & improve presentation, visibility and awareness of existing training resources
Learning Management System reports for all the departments
Wrangle & support training invitees
Track attendance, gather feedback & generate reports
Assist new hire on-boarding
Publishing and maintaining a weekly training calendar for all the departments.
Working closely with artist managers in India to secure time of trainees
Must Have:
Basic Understanding of how Animation and VFX industry work
Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
Experience/Knowledge with GSuite: Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides
Diploma or equivalent education
Aptitude for learning new software
Nice to Have
Photoshop skills
Content Creation Skills
Knowledge of Confluence
Learning Management System experience, particularly in Saba and Easy Generator
Asana or other project management tools experience
