Qualification:
B-Tech, B.E, B.SC
Technical Expertise:
2 to 5 years’ experience and knowledge on
• Windows Server Administration
• SQL (My SQL and SSMS),
• Application Support,
• Working experience on .Net based application support (IIS, Authentication, Authorization tools)
• Installing the SSL certificates,
• Working experience on Linux servers,
• Knowledge on applications hosted on Cloud.
• Maintaining the Hygiene of the servers (Windows/Linux)
• Basic Java knowledge
* Incident handling (P1, P2, P3, P4s).
* Excellent Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* ITIL certification will be added advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills and ready to work 24*7.
Roles & Responsibilities: Some of the Production Support activities are listed below.
• Working on deployment activities.
• Deploying, Testing the builds on lower environments, taking it LIVE on Production with
necessary approvals.
• Sanity on Production daily to make sure Production is secure for the customers before they
login.
• Pre-Production and Production servers Hygiene to be maintained on Monthly basis.
• Running Automation/Migration scripts handed over to us by the Dev. team.
• Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with these customers and thoroughly
documenting their cases.
• Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from
other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation
resources when appropriate.
• Monitoring queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors
to improve procedures.
• Handling escalated issues from customers.
