About Us
Since 2014, we’ve been bringing imagination to life through world-class technology and extraordinary talent. As a global studio spanning Scanning, Mocap, VFX, Cinematics and Animation, our employees are part of shaping what’s next.
The Role
We're expanding our network and looking for talented and driven Unreal Artists to join our VFX and Cinematics division. You'll work across high-profile real-time productions - from breathtaking in-engine game cinematics and trailers to real-time rendered and previsualised production workflows.
Whether you're a lighting artist, a TD building blueprints, a cinematic artist with a sharp eye for camera and staging, or an environment artist building worlds with PCG at scale - if you live and breathe Unreal Engine, we want to hear from you!
PLEASE NOTE:
This is an expression of interest — we’re building our network for future opportunities, so while we may not be able to respond to every submission, we’ll make sure to reach out when the right project comes along.
What you could bring
- Create and implement stunning real-time VFX using particle and FX systems including Niagara, from hero effects to full scene integration
- Build high-quality cinematic sequences, with a sharp eye for camera, lighting, staging and final frame quality
- Collaborate with directors and leads to realise cinematic vision in-engine
- Develop and optimise materials, shaders and post-process pipelines
- Integrate and manage complex scene assets including characters, environments and FX layers
- Importing and optimising assets into Unreal, ensuring they're pipeline-ready and performant
- Troubleshoot and resolve engine behaviours, supporting departments in achieving the best possible real-time output
- Build custom tools and pipeline solutions using Blueprints or C++ to solve production challenges
- Produce in-game and pre-rendered cinematic trailers to AAA production standards
- Contribute to lookdev and art direction for real-time environments and cutscenes
- Act as a real-time problem solver; helping clients and collaborators understand what's possible in engine and how to get there
What you are
- 3+ years of professional experience working in Unreal Engine on commercial productions
- Experience working with version control systems such as Perforce, Git or similar
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real-time cinematic or VFX work at broadcast / AAA quality
- Deep understanding of real-time rendering principles, performance budgets, and optimisation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments with evolving creative briefs
- Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, multi-discipline teams
- A genuine passion for games, film, and the art of real-time storytelling
- Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and push the medium forward
