Rockstar London is on the lookout for a passionate Project Coordinator to provide support for the international marketing efforts. We are seeking someone who is well organized, has excellent communication and prioritisation skills and a good eye for detail to help support international marketing efforts.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London.
WHAT WE DO
- As part of the wider marketing structure, the Rockstar London marketing team is a central hub responsible for working with local marketing teams on the co- ordination and execution of all international marketing requirements.
- Work closely with the wider marketing, development, creative, localization and QA teams to co-ordinate and execute international content across website, email, social media, paid media, in-game, first party and owned channels.
- Ensure absolute consistency across all channels, languages and assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to align on requirements and briefs for international marketing requirements.
- Coordinate and support various ongoing projects across multiple teams/channels whilst ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept updated on progress.
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain delivery schedules
- Manage approvals processes with internal marketing teams.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure projects are prioritised as required.
- Organize asset delivery to internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital/marketing/project management.
- Knowledge of and passion for video games, including Rockstar Games titles, as well as film, music and entertainment.
- Previous experience coordinating marketing requirements with cross functional teams.
- Familiarity with/an interest in digital technologies and platforms.
- The ability to remain calm/flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well within a team and enjoy collaborative working but have the ability to think on their feet and work under their own initiative.
- Previous experience working with a CMS and project management software.
PLUSES
Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.
- Previous experience working on marketing content with a multi-language element.
- Experience in entertainment marketing.
